Russia and Turkey have reached an agreement on deliveries to Turkey anti-aircraft missile systems s-400, according to news Agency Reuters, citing defence Minister of Turkey Fikri of Ichika. According to Ichika, the negotiations between Moscow and Ankara were successful. While the Turkish Minister said that NATO countries "are unable to provide Turkey an alternative variant s cost-effective point of view."
